Meals

As preschoolers grow, they change physically, mentally, and socially. These changes affect everything they do, including eating. Miss Dina and Miss Anna pay special attention to developing healthy eating habbits in children. All our food is homemade prepared on the premises and mostly organic. We do not offer frozen or microwavable products. Below is a list of sample choices for snack and lunch:

Snack
  • Cereal.
  • Homemade pancakes.
  • Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
  • Homemade pizza.
  • Yogurt.
  • Crackers and cheese.
  • French toast(with egg).
  • Variety of fruit: bananas, pears, oranges, apples, grapes.
Lunch
  • Buckwheat soup
  • Rice soup
  • Millet soup
  • Tuna soup
  • Vegetable soup
  • Pasta
All soups are made with homemade chicken broth. Lunch always includes steamed vegetables, such as brocoli and carrots.
